QuantumReckon connects to your cloud and AI-provider accounts using credentials you supply, reads inventory, cost, and utilization data, and produces findings, estimates, and tamper-evident receipts. The Service is read-only by design: it never modifies, deletes, or provisions resources in your accounts. Generated remediation commands are for you to review and run at your own discretion.
You are responsible for supplying least-privilege, read-scoped credentials, and you confirm you are authorized to connect the accounts you connect. Credentials are envelope-encrypted at rest, verified before storage, and deleted when you disconnect. Keyless references (e.g. an AWS role ARN or Azure Key Vault reference) are stored as references only.
Findings, run-rates, forecasts, and savings estimates are produced from measured data and published rate catalogues, and are labelled with their provenance (billed vs. estimate). They are provided for information; they are not financial, legal, or professional advice, and acting on them — including deleting or resizing resources — is your decision and responsibility.
Do not connect accounts you are not authorized to access, attempt to circumvent tenant isolation or plan limits, resell the Service without an agreement, or use it to violate law or third-party terms.
Free-tier limits are described on the pricing page. Paid plans renew monthly and may be cancelled anytime, effective at the end of the billing period. Launch pricing may change with notice; changes never apply retroactively.
The Service is provided “as is” without warranty of uninterrupted availability. You may export your receipts at any time. On account deletion we remove your stored data within 30 days, except sealed evidence you have exported (which is yours) and records we must retain by law.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising from the Service is limited to the amounts you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
